HaShem sagt: «Ja, ich habe das Sagen, aber Ich sage dir, dass du Mir gehorchen und essen sollst. Wenn du Mir nicht gehorchst und nicht isst, dann werde Ich dir nicht helfen.» Das ist ein Teil der Bitachon.

This is just an example, because bitachon is not the same in every situation. When it comes to certain things, bitachon is associated with certain actions that you must do.
These actions may seem like the opposite of bitachon, and yet it is your duty to know that despite your actions, only HaShem is in charge.
Therefore, you should never think that you can abandon your supportive actions and rely on HaShem. HaShem says, «Yes, I am in charge, but I tell you to obey Me and eat. If you do not obey Me and do not eat, then I will not help you.» This is part of the bitachon.
