Manche Leute hinterlassen uns Kommentare, «Ich versuche, jeden wohlwollend zu beurteilen», was bedeutet, dass wir, indem wir die Torah als Leitfaden verwenden, nicht jeden wohlwollend beurteilen. Aber schauen wir mal, was die Halacha sagt.
Die Halacha sagt, dass es drei Kategorien von Menschen gibt. Die erste Kategorie von Mensch ist ein Tzaddik. Man muss ihn wohlwollend beurteilen, egal wonach es aussieht.
Die zweite Art von Mensch ist ein Beinoni. Manchmal sündigt er, manchmal nicht. In diesem Fall ist man nicht verpflichtet, ihn wohlwollend zu beurteilen, aber es sieht so aus, als ob er es wahrscheinlich richtig gemacht hat, also sollte man ihn wohlwollend beurteilen.
Und die dritte Art von Mensch darf man nicht wohlwollend beurteilen. Ein Rasha (Böser), also was auch immer passiert ist, es ist zu 100% seine Schuld.
Aber ‚Miss Mercy‘ sagt, dass alle Menschen gut sind, also ist für sie dieser mörderische Palästinenser, Imach shimam ve’zichram, der unsere Kinder, unser Volk, am 7. Oktober tötete, vergewaltigte und in Stücke schnitt, ein Soldat.
Und unser rechtschaffener religiöser Jude, der in die Schlacht zieht und Tehillim singt, ist auch ein Soldat.
Was ist also der Unterschied? -Soldat und Soldat?
«Lasst uns alle wohlwollend beurteilen.»

Some people leave messages that: «I’m trying to judge everybody favorably», meaning that we, using the Torah as a guideline, not judge everybody favorably. But let’s see what Halacha says.
Halacha says there are three types of people. First type of person is a Tzaddik. You must judge him favourably, it doesn’t matter how it looks like.
The Second type of person is Beinoni. Sometimes he sins, sometimes not. So in this case, you’re not obligated to judge him favorably, but it looks like that most likely they did it right, so you should judge him favorably.
And the third kind of person, you’re not allowed to judge him favorably. Rasha, so whatever happened, it’s his fault 100%. But Ms. Mercy said that all people are good, so for her, these murderous Palestinians, Imach shemam ve’zichram, that kill, rape, and cut into pieces our children, our people, on October 7th, he’s a soldier.
And our righteous Jewish religious person who goes into battle singing Tehillim, he’s also a soldier.
So what is the difference? Soldier and soldier. «Let’s judge everybody favorably.»
Absolutely not.
