Baruch HaShem,
Shalom aleichem, Freunde.
Talmud Megilla 31b erklärt den Vers Yeshayahu 1,14:
«Sie sind mir lästig geworden.»
Der Heilige, gepriesen sei Er, sagte: «Es ist nicht genug für Israel, dass sie vor Mir sündigen, sondern sie belästigen Mich auch, dass Ich über das harte Urteil nachdenken muss, das Ich als Strafe über sie bringen soll.»
Was bedeutet das also? HaShem sagt: «Ich regiere diese Welt, Maß für Maß.»
Was bedeutet das? Wenn ein Mensch in diesem Bereich sündigt, wird er genau die Strafe bekommen, die seiner Sünde entspricht. Das ist es, was Er sagte: «Ich muss das ganze Universum verändern.
Ich muss die ganze Natur, alle Umstände verändern, nur um diesen Menschen zu bestrafen, Maß für Maß.»
Brüder und Schwestern, lasst uns HaShem nicht lästig sein. Lasst uns heilig sein.
Lasst uns derjenige sein, zu dem HaShem sagt, «Ach, seht ihr, das ist Mein Sohn. Siehst du, das ist Meine Tochter. Ich bin sehr stolz auf sie.»

(Anmerkung: Auch wenn rechtschaffene Noahiden Maß für Maß bestraft werden, haben sie nicht den gleichen Status als HaShems Kinder. Trotzdem sollten auch sie vermeiden, etwas zu tun, was HaShem belästigt).

«They have become a bother to Me.»
The Holy One, blessed be He, said:» It is not enough for Israel that they sin before Me, but they also bother Me that I have to ponder the harsh decree, I should bring upon them as a punishment.»
So what does it mean? HaShem is saying, «I run this world, measure for measure.»
What does it mean? If a person sins in this area, he’s going to get the punishment corresponding exactly to the sins. So that’s what He said:»I have to change the whole universe.
I have to change the whole nature, all of the circumstances, just in order to punish this person, measure for measure.»
Brothers and sisters, let’s not be a bother to HaShem. Let’s be holy.
Let’s be the one that HaShem said, ah, you see, this is My son. You see, this is My daughter. I’m very proud of them.
